How do I register?
Registration is done online through our Register page. After completing your registration, you will receive a confirmation email with your ticket, and your badge will be available in the run.events mobile app.
How much does a ticket cost?
A two-day ticket costs €150, a one-day ticket €100, and a VIP ticket €400. Your ticket includes access to the exhibition area, all conference sessions, and networking events. Current prices and ticket types are always listed on the Register page.
Who can attend the Summit?
Adria Security Summit is a B2B professional event intended for security professionals, system integrators, installers, distributors, consultants, and end users from both the private and public sector. The event is not open to the general public.
Can I register on-site?
Yes, on-site registration is available at the venue. However, we strongly recommend registering online in advance to skip the queue and get your badge instantly at check-in.
Is my ticket transferable? Can I get a refund?
Yes, tickets are refundable. Simply send us a refund request. If you are unable to attend, you can also transfer your ticket to a colleague instead.

Where does the Summit take place?
Adria Security Summit 2026 takes place on October 7-8, 2026 in Zagreb, Croatia, at Velesajam Paviljon 7, Avenija Dubrovnik 15. Full travel details are available on our Plan Your Trip page.
How do I get to the venue?
Zagreb Franjo Tuđman Airport is approximately 12 km from the venue - around 15–20 minutes by taxi. The venue is also well connected by public transport: tram lines 7 and 14 stop directly at the "Velesajam" stop on Avenija Dubrovnik, with line 6 also serving the Novi Zagreb / Avenija Dubrovnik area, and numerous bus lines stop nearby. On-site parking is available for visitors within the Zagreb Fair complex.

Do I need a visa to visit Croatia?
Croatia is a member of the European Union and the Schengen Area. Citizens of the EU and many other countries can enter visa-free - please check the visa requirements for your nationality in advance. If you require a visa, we can issue an official invitation letter to support your application; contact us at summit@asadria.com.
