Open the submission form and fill in the details of your entry, including the category most relevant to your product or achievement.

Provide thorough information about your solution, this is what the judges and the public will see. You can save your entry as a draft and return to it at any time.

Submit & await review
Submit your application, or choose “Submit & Add New” to enter another category. You can still edit your submission later. Applications go through a judging committee review before being opened for public voting.

Common Questions
Can I submit to more than one category?
Yes. Companies may nominate in multiple relevant categories. The number of free submissions depends on the sponsorship package: Diamond sponsors receive 4, Platinum 3, Gold 2, and Silver 1. Additional entries are available for a fee, for details, contact us at awards@asadria.com. Submit your application here.
How does the voting work?
After a judging committee approves applications, up to 5 finalists per category are opened for public voting. Voters must register on the voting portal.
What does the media package include?
Top-3 finishers receive a dedicated article in a&s Adria, a newsletter feature, social media promotion, and a full-page ad in the November and December issues.
Do I need to attend the summit to enter?
No, attendance is not required to enter. However, we encourage entrants to join us in Zagreb, as the awards ceremony takes place during the Summit. The number of free submissions included depends on your sponsorship package.
What is the submission deadline?
The deadline for submitting entries is August 1st, 2026. Winners will be announced at the awards ceremony during the Adria Security Summit in Zagreb, October 7-8, 2026. You can submit your entry here.
