Booth Branding Guidelines

Prepare your booth graphics and promotional materials using the official Adria Security Summit branding specifications and production requirements.

Logistics & Transportation

Official shipping, delivery, transportation, and customs information for exhibitors participating at Adria Security Summit 2026.

To ensure efficient handling of booth equipment and shipments, exhibitors are encouraged to coordinate with the official logistics partner, DSV.

Shipping Instructions

All shipments must be coordinated through the official forwarder.

Labeling Requirements

Label all materials with your company name and booth number.

Oversized Items

Notify the logistics partner regarding oversized or fragile shipments.

Customs & Documentation

Consult the logistics partner regarding customs formalities and shipping requirements.

Rules & Regulations

Please review the key exhibition rules before preparing your booth and on-site activities.

Safety Requirements

Exhibitors must follow all venue safety, fire, branding, and space regulations. Combustible materials must be flame-retardant, and open flames are not allowed.

Booth Usage

Exhibitors must remain within their allocated booth space. Booth privileges cannot be shared or transferred without approval from the organizer.

Noise Levels

Noise levels must not exceed 85 dB on the exhibition floor and in meeting areas.

Food & Beverage

Outside food and drinks are not allowed unless approved by the organizer. Smoking and alcohol are prohibited in the booth area.

Promotional Activities

All additional promotional materials and branded activities must be approved by the organizer and submitted by the required deadline.
