Collect coins. Climb the leaderboard. Win prizes.
Everything you already do at the Adria Security Summit earns you coins: checking in, sitting in on sessions, stopping by an exhibitor stand. Collect enough and you trade them for prizes. The whole game runs inside the official Summit app. Get the official appSee what you can winHow it works
Three things to do
No sign-up form, no separate account. If you have a ticket, you're already in.
Get the official app
Download the run.events app and log in with the email address you used to register. The Summit appears in your app once your ticket has been issued.
Collect as you go
Our staff scan your badge at the door of every session, and the teams at exhibitor stands do the same. Each scan adds coins to your balance straight away.
Trade coins for prizes
Open Coins in the app to see every prize and which sponsor has it. Go to their stand, they scan your badge, and it's yours.
Coins land on your account from badge scans, but the prizes live in the app — that's where you see your balance, the leaderboard, and what you can claim. Download it before you arrive.

What each action is worth

Coins from day one carry over to day two. The leaderboard closes when the programme ends on day two.
What to expect
You get further than you think
Here's what an ordinary day at the Summit adds up to — no running between halls, no chasing the leaderboard.
And that's day one. Coins carry over, so a second day of the same puts most of the prize list within reach.
Prizes
What your coins are worth
Prizes come from our sponsors and each one lives at that sponsor's stand. Open Coins in the app to see the full list with prices, then go and collect what your balance covers.
Announced soon
One grand prize goes to whoever finishes first on the leaderboard when the programme ends on day two. Spending coins on smaller prizes along the way doesn't cost you your place — the leaderboard counts everything you've earned, not what's left in your balance.
Smaller sponsor giveaways, roughly €10–50 in value.
Mid-range items, roughly €50–100 in value.
The most valuable sponsor prizes, €100 and above.
Prices are set per prize and quantities are limited, so the list changes during the event. Check the app for what's available right now.
On the day
How scanning actually works
Most of it happens for you. Keep your badge on and your phone in your pocket.
Sessions
Our staff scan your badge at the door on your way into every session. Nothing to do on your side - just have your badge with you and the coins land in your app.
Exhibitor stands
Ask the team at the stand to scan your badge. Only the first visit to each exhibitor counts, so there's nothing to gain from going back twice.
The survey
The Summit survey shows up in the app on day two. Two minutes, and it's the easiest 20 coins on the list.
Fair play
Scan for yourself only. Sharing badge codes or collecting coins for someone who isn't in the room takes you off the leaderboard.
Claiming a prize
Browse in the app, collect at the stand
Every prize sits at the stand of the sponsor who provided it. You pick what you want in the app, then go and get it in person.
Open Coins, then Giveaways
The app lists every prize on offer, what it costs in coins, and which sponsor is giving it away.
Go to that sponsor's stand
Tell the team which prize you're after. They'll scan your badge and hand it over on the spot.
The coins come off
The sponsor completes the exchange in their app and the price is deducted from your balance straight away.
You can claim more than one prize, from as many stands as your balance allows — just come back and get scanned again. Spending doesn't affect your leaderboard position: the ranking counts every coin you've earned, not what's left in your balance.
Questions
Good to know
Does it cost anything to take part?
No. It's included with every Summit ticket and there's nothing extra to sign up for.
Which app do I need?
The official run.events app, on iPhone and Android. Download links and login instructions are on the Event App page.
I logged in but I can't see the Summit in the app
The Summit only appears once a ticket has been issued to you, and you have to log in with the same email address you used to register. If you signed up with a different address, get in touch and we'll sort it out.
Do I have to scan anything myself?
Not for sessions — our staff scan your badge at the door on your way in. At exhibitor stands the team there scans you. All you need is your badge.
Can I see my balance during the event?
Yes. Open Coins in the app to see your balance, the full prize list, and where you stand on the leaderboard. Everything updates live.
If I spend coins on a prize, do I drop down the leaderboard?
No. The leaderboard ranks you on every coin you've earned across the Summit, not on what's left in your balance. Spending costs you nothing in the standings.
How many prizes can I claim?
As many as your balance covers, from as many stands as you like. Each prize has a limited quantity though, so the list changes through the two days.
Do coins from day one carry over?
They do. Your total builds across both days, and the leaderboard closes when the programme ends on day two.
What happens to coins I don't spend?
They go nowhere — coins only exist for the duration of the Summit. Spend them before you leave on day two.
What happens to my details when a stand scans my badge?
Your contact details are shared with that exhibitor, the same way lead capture works at any trade show. If you'd rather not share them, skip the scan.

Become the Official Gamification Partner
One partner puts their name on the thing every attendee has open on their phone for two days: branding inside the app, an announcement across our website and social channels, and a place on stage when the grand prize is handed over.
