The Adria Security Summit 2026 in Zagreb will host a keynote lecture titled “Resilience Starts with Zero Trust: Securing Critical Infrastructure from the Entrance to the Rack,” delivered by Ian Bayly, Global Head of Sales and Marketing at TANlock.

Using practical examples and real-world use cases, the session will demonstrate how integrated security strategies can protect critical infrastructure from the facility entrance to the equipment rack. The presentation will also underline that securing critical infrastructure is not only an IT responsibility, but a shared business priority involving security, operations, facility management, and executive leadership.
Ian Bayly brings more than two decades of global experience in security, authentication, and networking technologies. Before joining TANlock, he led EMEA sales at rf IDEAS for ten years and held executive roles at Xirrus, Cambium Networks, and Motorola Solutions. Throughout his career, he has built channel ecosystems and supported major end-user projects across the government, enterprise, and healthcare sectors.
