ADRIA SECURITY SUMMIT 2016

Adria Security Summit is a unique annual conference and exhibition of the Adriatic region's security industry. The event will be held from September 6 – 9 in Belgrade, Republic Serbia. It will gather all participants within the supply chain: manufacturers, distributors, authorized representatives, installers, system integrators, consultants and end users from all vertical markets. Summit co-organizers and partners are leading professional security associations from Bosnia-Herzegovina, Croatia, Macedonia, Slovenia, and Serbia. Each year, a different country will be chosen as a host, thus confirming its character as a truly regional event.

After registration, you will receive the confirmation of your attendance as well as detailed instructions about the Adria Security Summit program.


Rules and terms: Payment of the registration fee does not include accommodation costs. Your booking can be transferred until August 25th, after which we reserve the right to 50% of the registration fee. For cancelation of application until August 25th 2016 we offer refunds of the paid registration fee in the amount of 50%. From August 25th until the date of the conference on September 6th 2016, we reserve the right to the full amount of the registration fee. Registration of media outlets, students and other interested parties will be handled individually and the organizer reserves the right to deny the payment of the registration fee for individuals, organizations and legal persons.
Your registration for Adria Security Summit includes: attendance at the conference and the accompanying exhibition, including all planned lunches and dinners from the agenda, conference materials and special gifts, visit to attractive parts of the city of Belgrade.
Registration of Participants

Only registered participants may attend the Adria Security Summit 2016.
All participants need to confirm their attendance by sending a written request, by completing a form on the website or by fax.


Application Deadline

Registration of participants will be organized at the entrance to the conference premises. Each participant will be given an accreditation with his/her full name.
The deadline for submission of applications for participation at the Adria Security Summit 2016 ends on September 03th 2016.

Cancellation and transfer

If the participant cancels his/her attendance at the event for which he/she was registered, paid registration fee will be retained in the account for the next event or it will be repaid in full to the payer's account. Event organizer may not be held liable for any costs incurred as a result of your registration, regardless of whether the registered person attended the event or not.
If you wish to cancel your attendance, please inform us by email summit@asadria.com or fax +387 33 788 986. If you cancel your participation at the conference before July 30th 2016, the amount you paid will be refunded in full, minus € 20.00 fee for the application processing. Cancellations received after July 30th 2015 will are not subject to the right to a refund of the full registration fee.
We offer the possibility of transferring the registration to another participant at no additional cost
